Dia Art Foundation (“Dia”) Dia provides its websites and online store in support of our charitable mission to support artists and facilitate the public’s understand and appreciation of the arts. By accessing Dia’s websites, you accept these terms and conditions. Dia may revise these terms and conditions at any time, which revisions will be binding. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please exit Dia’s website now.

Privacy and Security

Dia is committed to protecting the privacy of its website visitors. Dia will not sell or share your information. Please note that Dia’s website is not specifically dedicated to children. Children under the age of twelve are required to obtain permission from an adult before submitting information to Dia’s websites.

Dia News: If you wish to receive information about Dia’s programs, you may subscribe via our website to our Email lists. You may unsubscribe at any time following the instructions in each email. If you wish to receive Dia’s printed calendar by post, you may complete the fields required for this purpose by following a link in an email to update your profile.

Dia Membership: If you wish to sign up for Dia membership, or renew online, your billing information will be required to complete an order. Your personal information and credit card information is transmitted via an encrypted SSL connection and will not be sold or given to any third parties for any purpose beyond your membership order fulfillment and tracking of membership status.. Ticket purchases: Tickets for events will sometimes be facilitated by a contractor who has agreed to use the information you provide only to facilitate the transaction for your ticket purchase.

Comments or Forums: Dia may provide pages which allow visitors to contribute information. By posting to Dia’s site, you expressly abandon any proprietary rights you may have therein, and you agree that such information may be freely used, copied, and distributed by others, with or without your permission, in any medium throughout the world. You agree that you will not post information or content that is libelous, defamatory, threatening, abusive, unlawful or that encourages a criminal offense; contains any viruses or other code, file, or program that is designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment; infringes the copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party; or contains any advertising, promotional, or solicitation material.

Event RSVPs: Dia may accept RSVPs online for events. This information will be used by Dia only for the purpose of organizing the respective event.

Usage Analysis: Dia tracks visits usage of its website via a third party to better understand our audience’s need. This data is contains no personally identifying information.
