Alexander Dumbadze on Dan Flavin

Alexander Dumbadze is Assistant Professor of Contemporary Art and Theory at George Washington University. He is currently writing a book length manuscript entitled "Death Is Elsewhere: Bas Jan Ader and the Tension Between Individual Will and Determinism." He is a co-founder, along with Suzanne Hudson and Joshua Shannon, of both the Society of Contemporary Art Historians and the Contemporary Art Think Tank.
