Building on 35 years of poetry programs at Dia, Poetry & pairs a poet with an artist working in a different genre to create a unique art experience. Curated by Kamilah Foreman and José Olivarez, this interdisciplinary series manifests the vitality of one of the oldest art forms in full-fledged interactive, performative events in Dia’s galleries and event spaces as well as out in the streets.
