About the Program
Families will discover Carl Andre’s sculptures through guided discussion, drawing exercises, and movement. Through the exploration of Andre’s use of industrial materials, repetition, pattern, form, and function, participants will explore how sculpture shapes space and creates place.
About Nicole Haroutunian
Nicole Haroutunian is a museum educator at institutions such as the American Folk Art Museum, the Morgan Library and Museum, the Museum of Biblical Art, and Symphony Space. She co-edits the digital arts journal Underwater New York and her short story collection, SPEED DREAMING, will be published by Little A in spring 2015. She holds a BA from Vassar College and an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College.
